About Us

Zladeware was conceptualized and created in 1999 by Michael L. aka Zlade as his own personal creative outlet where he could publish online at his own pace his own material to share with friends and colleagues. Originally a subsite of geocities, it was lacking structure and and a definitive purpose as well as the fact that the geocities platform, while provide ease of site design for the everyday person, lacked a more robust features. In 2003, Zladeware was moved onto its own domain and quickly changed its purpose into a more forum based structure which worked very well until it was hacked and left in ruins in late 2004. At that time with the growth of social networks and certain life changes for Zlade, the site was indefinitely put on hiatus only serving to redirect to Zlade’s myspace account and hosting emails.

Now ten years later in 2009, Zlade has decided to once again bring back the purpose and uniqueness of the Zladeware site to appeal to a wider audience. The purpose of the new site will bring in the old with the new, giving Zlade a creative space as well and introducing diversified media and articles to the masses. As time passes, more will be added to the site as sees fit and hopefully all invovled will create a positive growing experience.
