He is your commanded for this flight, and he will take you to places your sense can only fantasize about, his name is Nao and his motto is “you say sir when you talk to an officer”. Superfortress is not just a band but a vehicle that takes you into the rock stratosphere, with a particularly unique sound that not only can take you high, penetrate the soul, but assault your aural lobes with a groovy sensationalism. I had the pleasure of going to another Superfortress show early in November and seeing Nao perform again and as always its a treat. This time there was a full band which pushes the music even further during a live performance. The lovely Keiko was on bass along with Nao, unfortunately I didn’t catch the drummer’s name that night but they were all decked out and ready to take off. The place was packed and everyone enjoyed the set as the trio were swarmed after their performance.
